Import a bundle
At a glance
Importing a bundle automatically creates all entities, workflows, agents, and connectors in your workspace. You can import from 4 different places depending on your context.
Method 1: From the Modeler (the fastest)
This is the most direct path to add a bundle to your ontology.
- Open the Modeler (Ontology page)
- In the floating toolbar at the top right, click the Boxes icon (stacked cubes)
- The import window opens with the list of available bundles
- Search for a bundle by name, industry, or keyword
- Click Import on the chosen bundle
- Wait a few seconds during the import
- The success screen displays the created elements with direct links:
- Click a workflow to open it in the Workflow Builder
- Click an agent to open it in the Agent Studio
- Use the Quick access buttons at the bottom to navigate by module
After the import
Your new entities automatically appear on the Modeler canvas. Workflows, agents, and connectors are accessible from their respective modules.
Method 2: At startup (onboarding)
When you create a new workspace, a welcome window offers you the option to choose a business bundle.
- The welcome window displays automatically
- Click Choose a business bundle
- Bundles are grouped by industry: browse the categories
- Click the desired bundle
- Success message: "Bundle installed!"
- Click Get started to access your ontology
First time?
This is the recommended method for getting started. It automatically creates your ontology, configures the workflows, and deploys the agents in a single action.
Method 3: From the Library (advanced mode)
The Library offers a detailed view with preview before import and conflict management.
- Open the Library (side menu)
- Click the Bundles tab
- Click a bundle to open the details panel
- Overview tab: review the description, statistics, and tags
- Import tab:
- Click Preview import to see what will be created
- The preview displays:
| Section | Description |
|---|---|
| To create | List of entities, workflows, and agents that will be added |
| Conflicts | Elements that already exist — choose Ignore, Update, or Fail |
| Required connections | Data sources to configure after the import |
- Options: check the boxes to skip workflows, agents, or connectors if needed
- Click Import the bundle
The preview is particularly useful if you already have entities in your ontology. It shows you exactly which name conflicts will be encountered and lets you choose how to handle them.
Method 4: From the Dashboard
If your Dashboard is empty, a bundle selector appears automatically.
- Open the Dashboard
- If no dashboard exists, the bundle selector is displayed
- Two choices:
- Start from scratch: empty dashboard
- Choose a bundle: pre-filled dashboard with KPI, agent, and ontology widgets
- Click a bundle to import it and create the dashboard
Conflict management
When an entity in the bundle has the same name as an existing entity in your workspace:
| Option | Effect |
|---|---|
| Ignore | The existing entity is kept as-is |
| Update | The existing entity is replaced by the bundle version |
| Fail | The import stops — useful for verifying before acting |
The Update option overwrites any modifications you may have made to the existing entity. Use the preview to verify before confirming.
What happens after the import?
The success screen shows you a detailed summary:
- Entities created: ObjectTypes and relations added to your ontology
- Workflows: automations available in the Workflow Builder
- Agents: AI assistants configured in the Agent Studio
- Dashboard: dashboard with pre-filled widgets
- Connectors: data sources to configure in LiveData
Each element has a direct link to open it in the corresponding module.
