Typical bundle contents
Each bundle contains a combination of these elements:
Entities and relations
Entities represent the key concepts of your domain. Relations define how they interact.
Example (Sales bundle): Lead → Opportunity → Quote → Order, with secondary entities Account, Territory, Account Ranking.
Workflows
Workflows automate business processes. They are pre-configured with the right blocks and references to your entities.
Example: automatic lead scoring, alert when a deal stalls for more than 14 days, quote generation.
AI Agents
Agents are specialized assistants that know your ontology and have the right tools.
Example: a "Pipeline Analyst" agent that can query your sales data, a "Sales Coach" that suggests actions.
Connectors
Connectors guide you to the data sources to connect. Credentials need to be configured after the import.
Example: CRM connector (Salesforce, HubSpot), calendar connector, messaging connector.
KPIs and Dashboard
Advanced bundles include KPIs (conversion rate, average basket, etc.) and a pre-filled dashboard with widgets.
How to choose?
Tip
Start with a Standard bundle close to your domain. You can always add entities, workflows, or agents later. Importing a bundle is just a starting point — everything is customizable.
Questions to ask yourself
- What is your main domain? → Filter by industry
- What is the size of your team? → Starter for 1-3 people, Standard for a team
- Do you already have entities? → Use the preview to check for conflicts
- What data sources do you use? → Check the bundle's connectors
Re-import a bundle
If you want to re-import a bundle that is already installed:
- From the Library: the preview detects conflicts and offers to ignore or update them
- Existing entities are kept by default (strategy Ignore)
- New elements in the bundle (if the version has changed) are added
If you want to start from scratch, you can undo the previous import before launching a new one. Contact support for the cancellation procedure.
