What you'll do

Quick diagnostic checklist
Before going further, check these five points:
- Workspace and space -- Verify that you are connected to the correct workspace and that you have selected the right space.
- API key -- Verify that your API key is active and that it has the required scopes (for example
read:nodes,write:nodes). See API Keys. - Active source or workflow -- If the issue concerns a data source or a workflow, verify that it is active and not paused.
- Common errors -- Check the Common errors page to find your error code and the associated solution.
- Contact support -- If the problem persists, contact support and include the
requestIdfrom the error response.
