Timeline and events
At a glance
The Dashboard timeline displays a chronological feed of all significant events in your workspace: entity modifications, workflow executions, agent actions, source synchronizations, and alerts.
Accessing the timeline
- From the sidebar, click Dashboard.
- Scroll down to reach the Recent activity section.
The timeline displays the most recent events first.
Event types
| Icon | Type | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Blue circle | Ontology | Entity created, relation added, property modified |
| Green circle | Workflow | Execution started, completed, failed |
| Purple circle | Agent | Conversation started, response generated, tool called |
| Orange circle | Live Data | Synchronization completed, connection error |
| Red circle | Alert | Threshold exceeded, critical error |
Filtering the timeline
By event type
Click the filter badges at the top of the timeline to show or hide event types:
- All — Displays all events
- Ontology — Model modifications
- Workflows — Executions and results
- Agents — Conversations and actions
- Sources — Synchronizations and webhooks
- Alerts — Notifications and thresholds
By time period
Use the time period selector to limit the display:

|---|---|
| Today | Events from the current day |
| Last 7 days | Last week |
| Last 30 days | Last month |
| Custom | Select a date range |
By search
The search bar at the top of the timeline lets you filter by keyword (entity name, workflow name, error message).
Event details
Click on an event to display its details:
| Information | Description |
|---|---|
| Timestamp | Exact date and time |
| User | Workspace member who performed the action |
| Resource | Related entity, workflow, or agent (clickable link) |
| Details | Technical description of the event (e.g., modified fields, execution results) |
