Diagnostics and health

At a glance

The Dashboard diagnostics panel provides a consolidated view of your workspace health: ongoing incidents, service latency, recent errors, and activity logs.

Accessing diagnostics

  1. From the Dashboard, click the Diagnostics tab or scroll down to the health section.

Incidents panel

The incidents panel lists active issues detected automatically:

Each incident displays:

  • Title and description of the issue
  • Module affected (Ontology, Workflow, Agent, Live Data, API)
  • Start of the incident (timestamp)
  • Status: Ongoing, Under investigation, Resolved
  • Suggested action: link to the resolution page

Latency histogram

The latency histogram displays the response time of main operations over the last 24 hours:

The histogram is interactive: hover over a bar to see details.

Log explorer

The log explorer displays recent technical events from your workspace:

Reading a log

Each log entry displays:

Click on an entry to display full details, including technical metadata useful for support.

Alerts and notifications

The Dashboard can notify you automatically when issues arise:

  1. Click the Notifications icon (bell) in the top right corner.
  2. Configure the types of alerts you want to receive.
  3. Choose the notification channel (in-app, email).
