Quick actions

At a glance

Dashboard quick actions allow you to perform common operations directly from the centralized view, without navigating to each module individually.

Before you start

  • Access to a workspace with at least one active module (Ontology, Workflows, Agent Studio).
  • The Dashboard is configured and accessible.

Accessing quick actions

Quick actions appear as buttons in each Dashboard section, and as a global drawer accessible via the Actions button in the top right corner.

Actions by module

Ontology

Using the actions drawer

  1. Click the Actions button in the top right corner of the Dashboard.
  2. The drawer opens with the list of all available actions, organized by module.
  3. Click an action to execute it.

The drawer is contextual: if a module displays an alert or a required action, the corresponding action is highlighted.

Expected outcome

You can trigger the most frequent actions directly from the Dashboard, without navigating to each module. The contextual actions drawer highlights priority actions.

Limitations and common errors

SituationSolution
The actions drawer is emptyNo module is configured. Configure at least one module (Ontology, Workflows, etc.).
A quick action failsCheck your permissions and that the target module is operational.
The "Retry a failure" action does not appearNo failed workflow has been detected. Check the history in the Workflow Builder.
