Quick Start (Interface)
At a glance
This guide walks you through your first steps with Ontologie via the graphical interface. In 5 steps, you will create a workspace, model your first entity, connect a data source, ask the AI agent a question, and create a simple workflow.

Step 1: Create your workspace
- Log in to Ontologie.
- Click Create a workspace.
- Give your workspace a name (e.g.
My Project). - Select your time zone.
- Click Create.
Your workspace is ready. The sidebar displays the available modules: Ontologie, Live Data, Agent Studio, Workflow Builder, etc.
Step 2: Create an entity in the Modeler
- Click Ontologie in the sidebar.
- The Modeler opens with an empty canvas.
- Click + New entity or double-click on the canvas.
- Fill in the form:
- Name:
Client - Type:
Concept
- Name:
- Click Create.
The entity appears on the canvas. Repeat to create a second entity (e.g. Order), then connect them by dragging a link from one entity to the other.

Step 3: Connect a data source
- Click Live Data in the sidebar.
- Click + New source.
- Choose a connector (e.g. Google Sheets).
- Follow the OAuth authorization steps.
- Select the data to synchronize.
- Click Connect.
The data is imported into a synchronized spreadsheet. You can view it in the Synchronized data tab of Spreadsheets.

Step 4: Ask the AI agent a question
- Click Agent Studio in the sidebar.
- Select the default agent or create a new one.
- In the chat, ask a question about your data, for example:
How many entities have I created?What are the connected sources?
- The agent analyzes your data and responds.

Step 5: Create a simple workflow
- Click Workflow Builder in the sidebar.
- Click + New workflow.
- A canvas opens with a Start block.
- Add a Condition block: drag a link from the Start block.
- Configure the condition (e.g.
If an entity is created...). - Add an Email block to send a notification.
- Click Test to verify the workflow.

Expected outcome
You now have a functional workspace with an ontology, a connected data source, an AI agent, and an automated workflow. You can now dive deeper into each module.
