Workspace management

At a glance

The workspace is the shared environment that groups your entities, data sources, workflows, and agents. You can invite members, assign roles, and configure general settings.

Accessing workspace settings

  1. Click the workspace name in the sidebar.
  2. Select Workspace settings.

Members

Inviting a member

  1. Go to Workspace settings > Members.
  2. Click Invite.
  3. Enter the new member's email address.
  4. Select the role to assign.
  5. Click Send invitation.

The new member receives an invitation email with a link to join the workspace.

Available roles

RolePermissions
ViewerView entities, spreadsheets, and dashboards. No modifications allowed.
EditorAll Viewer permissions, plus create and modify entities, spreadsheets, and workflows.
AdministratorAll Editor permissions, plus manage members, API keys, and workspace settings.
OwnerFull access, including workspace deletion and ownership transfer.

Changing a member's role

  1. In the members list, click the member's current role.
  2. Select the new role.
  3. Confirm the change.

Removing a member

  1. In the members list, click the ... menu next to the member.
  2. Select Remove from workspace.
  3. Confirm the removal.

Removing a member takes effect immediately. The member loses access to all workspace resources.

Spaces

A workspace can contain multiple spaces (canvases) to organize your ontology into sub-domains:

  1. Go to Ontologie > Spaces.
  2. Click + New space.
  3. Name the space (e.g. Customer Domain, Product Domain).

Each space has its own canvas with its entities and relations. Entities can be shared across spaces.

Workspace deletion

Deleting a workspace is permanent and irreversible. All data (entities, spreadsheets, workflows, agents, files) will be deleted.

  1. Go to Workspace settings.
  2. Scroll down to the Danger zone section.
  3. Click Delete workspace.
  4. Enter the workspace name to confirm.
